Firstly, by the education and secondly, when they feels that they are appropriate they are sponsored and given employment in various fields. They are polished with the special courses by the Rab Di Ichchha Trust itself and them also given employment under their own roof. The example of such courses is the free teacher training course of the Rab Di Ichchha Trust. This course is mainly developed for the women so that they can earn by the way of teaching and becoming capable teachers.

Rab Di Ichchha Trust a non-profit organisation. The objective of empowering underprivileged children and women and making them self-sufficient. It has endeavoured to meet this objective through imparting education and developing a platform for the underprivileged children to achieve a variety of skills in performing arts, science, technology and vocation, giving the children basic human values, dignity of labour, self belief and dreams with an ultimate goal of enabling them to support themselves and hopefully, their families.

Rab Di Ichchha Trust has in the last one decade touched the lives of beneficiaries through various programs across seven villages in and around Mohali, in the state of Punjab. It has created an environment where these individuals are encouraged to develop their own personality and develop into confident individuals.

Rab Di Ichchha Trust identifies the age of each individual and checks their prior academic history and then judging their aptitude brings them under the umbrella of one of their projects.

It has a step by step program where it starts with personal grooming and then ensures their personal hygiene and cleanliness and a regular nutritious snack, also providing meals three days a week for enhanced productivity and confidence. Children are also given uniforms, books and a school bag to take back home.
